Therapy for Anxiety

There’s a way to live with inner stillness.

Perhaps you feel stuck in cycles of worry and overwhelm…

What is
Anxiety?

Anxiety is more than just worry—it’s a state of heightened alertness that can affect your thoughts, body, and daily life. It might show up as overthinking, restlessness, muscle tension, difficulty sleeping, or a constant sense of being “on edge.” While anxiety is a natural response to stress, it can become overwhelming when it feels constant or out of proportion.

Luckily, our brain is adaptable. Through practices like mindfulness, somatic awareness, and intentional reflection, we can retrain our response to stress and anxiety.

In our work together, we’ll explore the roots of your anxiety and develop simple, grounded tools to help you feel more calm, clear, and in control.
